Made to reward your growth towards Founders, the Personal Group Growth Incentive is an annual, discretionary incentive given additionally on top of your Performance Bonus and profit from your transactions with customers. The additional bonus multiplier is earned based on your Q growth/difference of your Personal Qualified Months (PQ) between the previous Performance Year compared to your current one, which can be summed up in this formula:
Current PY PQs – Previous PY PQs = PQ Growth
You can get PQs through every month you generate, at least, 10,000 Ruby PV (Qualified Volume/QV) or 4,000 Ruby PV if you have at least one (1) or more qualified legs (Q1).

As for payment, this incentive will be paid based on your Performance Bonus and there is no limit on how many payments you can receive. Please note, though, that only Performance Bonuses within the PQ months will be used in calculating it and the multiplier will depend on the PQ growth over the previous year.
The Frontline Growth Incentive is there to reward your efforts in developing qualified legs and leading them well in their own journeys to success while developing your own. It is an annual incentive based on your Leadership Bonus. That said, the multiplier itself will be based on the growth of qualified months taken from your frontline (FQs) from the previous year.

The new Two-Time Cash Incentive (TTCI) has made rising through the ranks much sweeter. It rewards you with a fixed cash payment when you reach a new pin level for the first time, and lets you earn another one by requalifying for the next Performance Year. Through this, you’d be able to climb up to higher levels while still earning more.
